Tuesday 14 August 2007 at 8:37 pmToday I was trying to get everything ready so that I could go and teach at this national conference for apartment ministry. Life was getting crazier by the moment and I was running out of time. So I called Amy and told her I would have to miss youth nite and called Ella and told her that I may not make Raleigh North either.
I realized soon after that God was not going to le me get by with that so I left stuff undone and headed down to CP to hang out. I never had the luxury of having a youth group in a community with a pool. One stop and I had found a chunk of my youth including a few MIA’s. I had a great time hanging out with them. Then after supper Kris and I headed down to Raleigh North. First any day I am in the apartments with Kris is a GREAT day. Beyond that we had a great time of encouragement with my RN Team and they prayed me off for the conference.
As I was driving back I told Kris what a hypocrite I would have been to have dropped my entire apartment works to get ready to go teach people about reaching people in the apartments.
